WHEN WILL TRAVELLERS RECEIVE THEIR ORDER?
The following delivery times are average times in which travellers should receive their order, on most occasions they will receive their order earlier than the times specified.
Order processing times:
Please note; orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days from the moment an order has been placed and approved (the day the order is placed is considered day zero (0)). Also, weekends and civic holidays do not count as business days. As soon as the order is shipped, the tracking information will be sent to the email address on file (contact.swoop@flyswoop.com).
The general delivery transit times are as follows:
Alberta: 4 to 6 business days
British Columbia: 5 to 7 business days
Manitoba: 3 to 6 business days
New Brunswick: 2 to 3 business days
Newfoundland-Labrador: 3 to 7 business days
Northwest Territories: 7 to 10 business days
Nova Scotia: 2 to 3 business days
Nunavut: 10 to 14 business days
Ontario: 1 to 2 business days
Prince Edward Island: 2 to 3 business days

Shipping is available only to addresses in Canada. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES.

We will update your order with a tracking number as soon as it becomes available. A shipping confirmation email, along with a link to the tracking information, will be sent to contact.swoop@flyswoop.com.
Shipping information may take a few hours to be updated on the carrier’s website. Transit times are based on the delivery location and area, and external factors such as weather can impact delivery times. Therefore, delivery times are not guaranteed. To ensure that your new bag gets to travellers, a signature is required in order to receive the parcel.

We are proud to offer you free shipping over 49$ (before taxes) to most locations in Canada. If an order does not qualify for free shipping, the rate charged for the shipping of the order is based on the weight and size of the products, and the delivery location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be (if applicable).
SHIPPING TIMES
When you place an order with Canada Luggage Depot, we do everything we can to pack, ship, and have your order delivered to you as quickly as possible. Please note that our cutoff shipping time is 3 PM EST. All shipping timeframes and/or shipping methods/providers listed on swoopbaggage.ca are to be considered estimates and are not guaranteed.
Canada Luggage Depot does not guarantee at any time a certain delivery date or time frame for delivery for any product or order. Any listed time for a shipping method is an estimate only. Canada Luggage Depot also reserves the right to choose a different shipping carrier than the one selected by the customer at checkout in order to ensure the best possible service. For orders with deadlines please order well in advance and mention your deadline in an email you send us at orders@swoopbaggage.ca. If you would like to ship with a specific carrier, please send us an email along with your order number and request and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Canada Luggage Depot is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers.
DAMAGED / UNDELIVERED PRODUCTS
If the product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at orders@swoopbaggage.ca. We may ask you to provide us with pictures or return the item within 48 hours of receipt. We will then issue a refund (to Swoop) or replace the damaged product. Please keep the item(s) and its packaging in case they’re required for the claim assessment.
